My good friend Marsh recently gave up corporate life for chef life and, with his brothers, started Stuff Yo' Mouth a catering and event company specializing in delicious eats. His team of highly qualified cooks, servers, and mixologists really will make any event a pleasure, and their launch party was no exception as they stuffed the mouths of over 300 happy guests. The menu, created by Chef Marsh himself included:
- Popcorn tossed with drizzle ofrosemary truffle butter sauce
- Tomato Basil Bruschetta topped with queso blanco and prosciutto
- Trio Rosemary Ceviche shrimp, mussels, and tilapia with a drizzle rosemary herb oil.
- French Fries with Parmesan mushroom truffle sauce
- Fried Plantain topped with braised chicken thighs and black bean stew
- Marsh's Meatball Sandwich with spicy tomato sauce and topped with a melted mozzarella sauce
- Marsh's Sliders with caramelized onions, cheddar cheese on toasted bun.
Marsh and his team took care of all of the details, from preparation to clean-up. I didn't get a ton of pictures because I was too busy stuffing my mouth, however if you missed the party have no fear, this company will most likely be behind the scenes at the next event you attend. Plus, with a minimum of 10 per party, do not hesitate to reach out to get your mouth stuffed in a more intimate setting.
