We accept PayPal & major credit cards.
We do NOT accept personal checks, money orders, or cash by mail. Please do not send us payment by mail,
as we will not take responsibility for cash, checks, or money orders received by mail
SHIPPINGINFO(top)
We ship worldwide. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Shipping rates and methods are quoted during the Checkout process with our integrated shipping calculator. Domestic shipment options include Standard (3-5 business days) and Express (1-2 business days). All domestic shipping orders include tracking information. International shipments are processed via Standard Mail (6-10 business days) and do not include tracking,
Processing time for orders take 1 to 4 business days prior to shipment, though orders typically ship within 48 hours of payment received.
Orders placed through our ALOMI Custom DIY Shop takes 6-10 days business days to process.
Shipping times may vary according to merchandise availability.
We strongly recommend that you purchase the shipping insurance option during the checkout process. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer liable for the condition or safety of the package. Customs can considerably delay the arrival of your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the postal service or customs department. Additionally, any taxes and customs fees incurred for a purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your county’s custom rules to ascertain if any additional fees will be incurred. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not delivered on weekends or national holidays. All orders are shipped from New York, NY unless otherwise noted.
RETURNSPOLICY(top)
All returns are subject to ALIOMI’s approval. If an item is returned, you will receive store credit. Your store credit does not expire.
We do not issue refunds unless items are vastly misrepresented. Due to our limited stock, we do not issue returns/refunds for any item that does not FIT.
For this reason, please consult our FIT GUIDE and take a thorough look at the provided measurements.
For domestic customers, returned items must be received by ALIOMI within 14 days of shipment received.
For international customers, returned items must be received by ALIOMI within 21 days of shipment received.
We are NOT responsible for return shipping costs. Please take note that we do NOT accept returns on Custom DIY or sale items.
We only accept returns on vintage and custom DIY items in the case that the item in question is vastly misrepresented or majorly flawed, though we thoroughly inspect each and every item and do our best to explicitly note any known flaws. They are NOT refundable for minor flaws or because they don’t fit.
Custom DIY items are non-refundable/non-returnable. Sale items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable/non-returnable.
All returns are subject to ALIOMI’s approval. Please email us at customerservice@aliomi.com prior to returning at item.
Returned items must be in the original condition in which it was sent, or we will not issue a store credit.

Sales tax is charged only to New York state residents, where ALIOMI.com has a physical presence. All items above $110 USD are taxed.
